GRAPHIC REQUIREMENTS

In order to be able to realise the embroidery the necessary conditions are that the colours are solid and that all elements in the graphic have a minimum thickness of 0.8 mm*.

PATCH EDGE

To finish the patch, you can choose between two types of borders: laser cut, for a completely flat result, or embroidered. Consider a required border of at least 2 mm plus any spacing from the graphic.

Embroidery + SUBLIMATION (Print on fabric)

It is possible to combine embroidery with sublimation, direct printing on fabric, for photographic images, freehand drawings, graphics or logos with shaded colours, etc.

EMBROIDERY WITH 3D EFFECT

This effect is achieved thanks to a layer of rubber inserted under the embroidery. A minimum thickness of 5 mm is required for 3D embroidery.
