Through our configurator you will be guided in choosing the type of patch you want and will be offered all types of attachments and additional optional machining. You will be able to make as many simulations as you wish and you will be shown the price in real time (for some processes the system will not be able to provide a quote immediately and the quote will be sent to you within the next 24 hours by our team. If you do not have a ready file but only have an idea, you can choose our graphics service, which allows you to realise your idea without any graphic expertise.

Check and confirm proof

Before the actual production starts, a sample or prototype of the patch is made. This allows us to verify the quality of the design, materials and production process. Any changes or improvements can be made at this stage to ensure that the final product meets expectations.

Production

Once the sample has been approved, large-scale production begins. During production, fabrics are cut to the desired size and shape, and design details are embroidered or printed on the surface of the patch. If necessary, additional decorative elements are applied. After production, the patches undergo a finishing stage. This may include hemming the edges to prevent fraying, applying adhesive layers on the back to enable application, or adding fastening points such as Velcro. Finishing helps ensure that patches are durable and ready for use.

Delivery

Packaging and distribution: Finally, the patches are packaged and ready for distribution. They can be packed in individual bags or boxes, depending on the customer's preference. Patches can be distributed through various channels, such as retail, direct mailing to customers or distribution at events or trade fairs.
