Before the actual production starts, a sample or prototype of the patch is made. This allows us to verify the quality of the design, materials and production process. Any modifications or improvements can be made at this stage to ensure that the final product meets expectations.

After sample approval, large-scale production begins. Materials are cut, designs embroidered/printed on the patch. If necessary, decorative elements are added. Next, the patches are finished: hemmed edges to prevent fraying, adhesive layers on the back or attachment points such as Velcro.

Packaging and distribution: Finally, the patches are packaged and ready for distribution. They can be packed in individual bags or boxes, depending on the customer's preference. Patches can be distributed through various channels, such as retail, direct mailing to customers or distribution at events or trade fairs.
