Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of certain areas in which the user may freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him or her in order to access specifically identified services (e.g. to be able to proceed with purchases, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). Where, therefore, the visitor intends to provide his or her personal data in order to access such further services, he or she shall be expressly informed pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, "Code for the protection of personal data protection". 196, "Personal Data Protection Code", (the "Code") and EU Regulation 679/2016 "General Data Protection Regulation" (the "Regulation") with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of data use by Player Srl, as well as the right to request the deletion of the data or its update at any time. Any reference to the Code contained in the Privacy Policy, and in the Website in general, shall be deemed valid and effective to the extent and to the extent that the referred rules remain in force after the Regulations come into force (25 May 2018).

The Website is not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen, who are also prohibited from creating an account or otherwise providing their personal information.

Pursuant to the Code and the Regulations, Player Srl provides the following information.

1. The Data Controller and Data Processors

The Data Controller for the processing of personal data is Player Srl., with registered office in Via Lima 7, 00198, Rome (RM), Tax Code and VAT number 10913351002, e-mail info@easypatch.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as " EasyPatch", the "DataController" or the "Company").

For purely organisational and functional requirements, we have appointed a number of service providers functional to the management of the Site as external processors of users' personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of the services provided by the Site, including the sale of products.

2. Types of personal data processed

No registration is required to access the Site. However, there are sections of the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password (e.g. to register in the personal area, or to complete the on-line purchasing process), or services for the use of which it is necessary to provide your data (e.g. your data may be required to access newsletter services, to contact us, etc.). 3. Optional supply of personal data

The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases may the failure to provide data make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. registration - and the provision of personal data). registration - and the provision of personal data, e-mail address, postal address, credit/debit card details or bank details and telephone number - is necessary in order to proceed with the purchase of products online); failure to provide such data may therefore prevent EasyPatch from allowing access to the services of the Website or from responding to user requests.

The data required from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site - e.g. by marking them with an (*) - and the consequences of failure to provide them are set out in the specific information on the data collection pages.

4. Purposes

Data are collected and processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Site, its services and the purchase of products online. The purposes for which the data is used are set out in detail in the specific notices provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask you to read the information notices that from time to time illustrate the characteristics of the processing that will be carried out by EasyPatch (e.g. for registration to the newsletter service, access to the personal area, etc.). Your data will be processed in full compliance with privacy regulations.

5. Modalities, duration of data processing and scope of communication

The data may be processed both electronically and on paper (e.g. for the management of purchases on the Site). EasyPatch guarantees the lawful and correct processing of the personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration. All information collected is transmitted via secure connection in such a way as to prevent it from being intercepted by outsiders.

Any data that may be provided by users will be processed for the time periods specified in the specific information provided at the time of data collection.

The data shall not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information notice provided to the user from time to time and subject to the user's prior authorisation.

This information is provided only for the website and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. EasyPatch cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.

7. Profiling and/or personalisation tools

EasyPatch does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising activities without the express prior consent of the user.

The Site uses "cookies", both technical (i.e. to facilitate navigation and use of the Site) and profiling (i.e. to analyse users and their behaviour and preferences, and to provide them with personalised advertising).

8. Place of data processing

The processing operations connected to the services provided by the Site are performed (i) at the EasyPatch offices indicated in point 1 above and are carried out by the data processors of the Sales & Marketing Department, (ii) as well as by the companies that provide functional services for the management of the Site, appointed as external data processors. A full list of the external data processors appointed by EasyPatch can be requested from the contacts indicated in point 9 of the Privacy Policy.

In order to allow us to properly manage our Site and to fulfil our contractual obligations, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, such as Tunisia, U.S.A, United Kingdom and San Marino.

The transfer of your data will take place in full compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by privacy legislation. By simple request (see no. 9 of the information notice), you may receive further information on the transfer of your data and the guarantees provided for their protection.

Where expressly provided for in the relevant agreements, the data processors mentioned above may also transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union as part of the performance of the activities carried out in favour of the Company, albeit in strict compliance with the purposes indicated in this information notice and with the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by the Regulation.

9. Rights of the interested parties

By means of a communication to be sent to the e-mail address support@EasyPatch.com, you may at any time exercise your rights pursuant to Articles. 15 to 23 of the Regulation, including knowing which data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use them, changing the data you have provided us with or deleting them, asking us to limit the use of your data, requesting to receive or transmit your data, without prejudice to the possibility of changing your consents (if any). You may also always object to the processing of your data, in particular for marketing purposes or the analysis of your preferences.

10. Who you can contact to lodge a complaint

We would like to remind you that if you are not satisfied with the answers you receive from EasyPatch (see paragraph 8) above), you may, in any event, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the Regulation, lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the data protection authority of the country in which you normally reside or work or of the place where the alleged violation occurred.

11. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and the national legislation applicable to the case in question, insofar as such legislation will remain in force after the date of application of the Regulation (25 May 2018).

The Regulation ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

12. Revision clause

EasyPatch reserves the right to revise, amend or simply update this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any manner and/or at any time, without prior notice, also in consideration of changes in laws or regulations on the protection of personal data. Amendments and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by (i) sending e-mails to registered users of the Site and (ii) publishing them on the Home Page of the Site, and will be binding as soon as they are published and communicated. We therefore kindly ask you to regularly access this section to check the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy or to check your e-mail inbox.
