PVC INSTRUCTIONS - REQUIREMENTS

To make the PVC patch, it is necessary that the colours are solid, free of gradients, and that the graphics are clear and defined. Complex or microscopic details should be avoided.

The uploaded files will be adapted for the production of the mould. The graphic design is sent for approval before proceeding with sample production.

PATCH SHAPE

Choose the shape of your patch freely, upload the file with the moulding already inserted or write your preference in the order notes, we will take care of sending you the graphic draft. Consider a border of at least 3 mm, which will also contain the groove necessary for stitching, including Velcro. If you would like a patch without this option, or you have a special design, please contact us here.

3D EFFECT

The patch is made from several layers of material that make up the design, which is why the result is always three-dimensional. The difference only concerns the surfaces; in 2D they are flat, in 3D they are curved, giving a rubbery effect to the result.
